The North American Mountain Goat Appreciation Club, aka NAMGAC, was founded in 2023 in British Columbia, Canada. Here is our story.

Who We Are

  • Hello, my name is Vincent. Vincent VanGoat. I am the GM/model of NAMGAC. Before NAMGAC, I was just an ordinary goat living life on the mountain edge. Now I love my job at NAMGAC.
  • The hooman behind NAMGAC saw her first Rocky Mountain Goat at the BC Wildlife Park in Kamloops, British Columbia. She knew right away that she found her spirit animal. I mean, can you blame her? We ARE pretty great.
  • We built NAMGAC because we want to meet people who share our mountain goat obsession. We believe that a real community can emerge via the shared passion for something as simple as a goat. Can you help us make that happen?
